Please read the following information before filling in your details on the form to start your Annual Assessment.

Using a Voucher Code

If you have a voucher code, complete the form with your personal details and enter the code. When you click the “Begin the Test” button you will be taken directly to the page where you can select the Annual Assessment that you need to take.

Paying for an Individual Assessment

If you do not have a voucher code and need to pay for an individual Assessment, complete the form with your personal details and click the “Begin the Test” button. You will then be directed to PayPal to pay for your Annual Assessment.

Once on the PayPal site you will need to fill out your personal information and add your payment information. You should make sure that you have a valid debit or credit card available before you start registering for the Assessment.

Once your payment is approved you will either be taken to a page where you can select the Annual Assessment that you need to take, or to a “success page” which will ask you to check your email for a link to the Assessment. Once you receive your email simply click the link to start your Annual Assessment.

We do not provide refunds if you’ve already attempted the Annual Assessment however we appreciate that there may be exceptional circumstances that may entitle you to a refund. In order to request a refund please email with the following information:

– Full name of tester
– Email used to purchase the Annual Assessment
– Date of purchase
– Telephone number
– Reason for the refund.

A request for a refund will be looked at within seven working days and you will be notified of the outcome. You should note, however, that if a refund is made PayPal can take up to 30 days to process this.
